Having collaborated closely with Discover Insure since 2012, we made use of disruptive change to move the brand away from its previously below-the-line, retail approach, with poor customer retention, to a brand-building space replete with interestingness. It was a strategic shift that resulted in an astonishing 51% compounded annual growth. The consumers’ love for the brand also saw Discovery Insure being voted Number One Short Term Insurer in the 2015 Sunday Times Top Brands Survey.
