The circumstances were hardly conducive to growth: a premium brand operating in a saturated market during a tough economic downturn. Yet, our ‘Love Your Car’ campaign for Discovery Insure, sliced through the retail noise, and swiftly established itself in people’s hearts. This surge of customer engagement and customer loyalty resulted in an overall growth rate of 423% growth in five years. Needless to say, Discovery Insure loved it too.

We used interesting executions to demonstrate that Discovery Insure members are better drivers, in an exciting and attention-grabbing manner to ensure the brand was noticed and USP was entrenched.
The key to finding an insight lies in unlocking a human truth. When developing this campaign we used a very real South African insight - South Africans love their cars beyond reason.
The follow up ads were created to bring to life Discovery Insure's product benefits in a fun and interesting manner.
